1. Acceptance
By downloading or using EON ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use EON on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
3. What EON does (and doesn't)
EON is a tool for tracking subscriptions you enter manually. It does not connect to your bank, card, or subscription providers, does not make payments, and does not cancel subscriptions for you. All figures, dates, and reminders are based solely on the information you enter and may be inaccurate. You remain responsible for managing your actual subscriptions.
4. Tips (in-app purchases)
EON may offer optional one-time "tips" to support development. Tips are voluntary, unlock no features, and are non-refundable except as required by Apple's policies and applicable law. All purchases are processed by Apple.
5. No warranty
EON is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed payments, charges, or losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. 许可
我们授予你在自有或受控设备上、出于个人非商业目的使用 EON 的个人、不可转让许可,并受 Apple 媒体服务条款以及标准的 Apple 授权应用最终用户许可协议(EULA)约束。
3. EON 能做什么、不能做什么
EON 是用于管理你手动录入的订阅的工具。它不会连接你的银行、银行卡或订阅服务商,不代为付款,也不代为取消订阅。所有金额、日期与提醒都仅基于你录入的信息,可能并不准确。管理你实际订阅的责任仍在你本人。
4. 打赏(App 内购买)
EON 可能提供可选的一次性"打赏"以支持开发。打赏完全自愿、不解锁任何功能,且除 Apple 政策及适用法律要求外不可退款。所有购买均由 Apple 处理。
5. 不作保证
EON 按"现状"与"现有"提供,不作任何形式的保证,包括准确性、特定用途适用性或不间断运行。
6. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内,开发者不对任何间接、偶发或后果性损害,或因你使用、依赖本应用而产生的任何漏缴、扣费或损失承担责任。
7. 变更
我们可能更新本条款,上方日期为最新版本日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
