1. 我们不收集的信息

Jika 没有账户系统，不包含任何广告、数据统计、崩溃分析或第三方 SDK，不追踪你的使用行为，也不会与任何第三方共享数据。

2. App 处理的数据

• 杯贴照片：你拍摄或从相册选择的杯贴照片。
• 识别出的文字：杯贴上的编号、饮品名、杯型、糖度、产品标识、时间等；杯贴上可能包含被部分遮挡的称呼（如「郭*」）。
• 你主动填写的内容：心情、笔记、默认称呼、卡片主题等设置。

文字识别使用 Apple 系统自带的 Vision 框架，完全在你的设备上完成，照片不会发送到任何服务器。

3. 数据存储与同步

上述数据保存在你的设备本地。若你开启了 iCloud，数据会通过 Apple CloudKit 保存在你个人 Apple 账户的 iCloud 私有数据库中，用于在你的设备之间同步。该数据由 Apple 按其隐私政策托管，开发者无权访问。

4. 系统权限

• 相机：用于拍摄杯贴照片。
• 照片（选择）：用于从相册导入杯贴照片，仅能读取你选中的照片。
• 照片（添加）：当你开启「拍照后保存到相册」时，用于把拍下的照片存入相册。可随时在 App 设置中关闭。

你可以随时在系统「设置」中撤销上述权限。

5. 删除数据

• 在 App 中可以删除任意一张卡片。
• 删除 App 会移除本机数据。
• iCloud 中的数据可在 iPhone「设置 › [你的姓名] › iCloud › 管理账户储存空间」中删除。

6. 关于瑞幸咖啡

• Jika 是独立开发的个人作品，与瑞幸咖啡（luckin coffee）及其关联公司无任何隶属、授权、赞助或合作关系，也不代表瑞幸咖啡发表任何意见。
• Jika 不接入瑞幸咖啡的账号、订单、会员、支付或任何官方系统，不会获取、读取或上传你在瑞幸咖啡的任何数据。
• Jika 只处理你自己拍摄或选择的杯贴照片，识别结果仅保存在你的设备和 iCloud 中，不会提供给瑞幸咖啡或任何第三方。
• 「瑞幸」「luckin coffee」等名称、商标及杯贴上的品牌标识归其权利人所有。App 中出现的品牌元素仅用于还原你所收集杯贴的样式。如权利人认为存在不当使用，请通过下方方式联系我们，我们会及时处理。

7. 未成年人

Jika 不面向 14 周岁以下儿童，也不会有意处理儿童的个人信息。

如本政策有变更，我们会更新本页面并修改顶部的生效日期。

In short: Jika does not collect, upload or sell any personal information. Your cards, photos and notes are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud account; the developer has no access to them.

• No data collection. No accounts, ads, analytics, crash reporting, tracking or third‑party SDKs.
• On‑device processing. Label text is recognized on your device with Apple's Vision framework. Photos are never sent to any server.
• Storage. Data is stored locally and, if iCloud is enabled, in your private CloudKit database to sync between your devices.
• Permissions. Camera (to photograph labels), Photos (to import selected photos, and to save captured photos when you enable that option).
• Deletion. Delete cards in the app, delete the app to remove local data, and manage iCloud data in iOS Settings.
• About luckin coffee. Jika is an independent personal project and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored or endorsed by luckin coffee. It does not connect to any luckin coffee account, order, membership or payment system, and never shares data with luckin coffee. It only processes cup‑label photos you take or choose. "luckin coffee" and related marks belong to their respective owners; brand elements appear only to reproduce the labels you collected. Rights holders may contact us and we will respond promptly.
